Ms. Waxman founded and served as CEO and Chairman of Howe-Lewis International, a global management consulting and executive search firm. She was part of the team that founded Diasonics, which brought Diagnostic Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technology and equipment to world markets. She was also the Co-Founder and Director of American Biodyne Inc, the first ever manage-mental healthcare company in the United States.
