is a native of San Diego and La Jolla and a longtime supporter of the Arts at The Old Globe and La Jolla Playhouse. Bicoastal with family and business in NYC, she and her husband and partner Eric Gardiner started their producing career helping the move of Jersey Boys from La Jolla to Broadway. Currently represented on Broadway with All Out: Comedy About Ambition, she and Eric have won 4 Tony awards: Parade revival, Dear Evan Hansen, Memphis and Jersey Boys. Equally proud to have helped produce Good Night, and Good Luck, Broadway Romeo & Juliet, An Enemy of the People, Girl from the North Country, Allegiance and Elephant Man with Bradley Cooper. Actively involved in the Drama League and Memorial Sloan Kettering, Marsi also mentors prominent actors and producers navigating the arts and New York's real estate market. For over 30 years, she has bought, sold, and designed homes in Manhattan and La Jolla, bringing a keen eye for staging and design to every transaction.
