has been writing since childhood. "I loved to listen to 'the old folks' tell stories. I like writing stories that touch the heart; that can turn laughter into tears and spark conversation. I found that the arena for submissions of stories by Black male playwrights was scarce. I started writing and submitting to play festivals my own series of stories about Black men. In 2024, I produced the Black Men Talk Play Festival to showcase the work of Black Male playwrights.  It appears the need for such a festival has been quite a success.  I will be producing Year 4 of the festival in July 2027.
