has been at the intersection of intellectual property and theater for the majority of his career. He has worked on the development, production, financing and licensing of theatrical productions with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, CBS, The Public Theater, Williamstown Theater Festival, Sony Music, Playscripts, and RKO, where from 2012-2016 he managed the stage rights in the golden age film library and was in charge of the studio’s theatrical licensing, producing and investing operations. Notable productions include: The Woodsman, Here Lies Love, The Orion Experience, Yeast Nation, Doctor Zhivago, Top Hat, Big Fish, and Cheers: Live On Stage. Prior to beginning his producing career, Ryan worked in the executive and theater operations departments at Jujamcyn Theaters, and in the professional licensing department at Theatrical Rights Worldwide, managing licenses of such shows as SPAMALOT and THE COLOR PURPLE for major professional theaters domestically and internationally.
