One of the (relatively) economical steps for the development of a new musical is the concert reading. But step carefully! There are union rules and limitations that can require creative problem-solving. Our guests have all had successful concert readings and will share some secrets of their success. What are the limitations, and how do you overcome them? Just what can you learn from a concert reading, what are the right reasons for doing one and how do you move your show to the next step?
