Come on down into the world of THE CREEPS where you'll interact with five dark, creepy, and shockingly funny characters as they explore the uncomfortable nature of the human experience, shining a light on society's most forgotten. Are you brave enough to enter?

Catherine will discuss TRU's influence and participation in the development of The Creeps, introducing her to Sharon Fallon and giving her the opportunity to network in the Off Broadway/Broadway scene.

  • CATHERINE WALLER

    is an award winning actress and creator. Her solo show The Creeps has won awards internationally; (Best Female Performer Hollywood Fringe, Best of Amsterdam Fringe, Best InteractiveShow, Best Physical Theater United Solo Festival) and her performance has been described as "an eerie, unforgettable marvel" (Charles Isherwood, Wall St Journal). She’s worked with directors including Eric Stoltz (Confessions of a Teenage Jesus Jerk), Janicza Bravo (Netflix’s LOVE), and her role Amber on Hounds (Best Comedy Series NZTV Awards; "The Best Kiwi Comedy Ever Made", NZ Herald) premiered in the US on Netflix and garnered the Best Newcomer nomination (TV Guide's Best on the Box Awards.)

  • SHARON FALLON

    Sharon Fallon Productions is an independent Theatre Producer, General Manager, and Theatrical Consultant.  Celebrating 20-plus years in the entertainment industry, working both in the commercial and non-profit theatre industry, Sharon brings a unique perspective to her work. In 2015 she created a boutique theatrical productions/ general management company with a mission to bridge the gap between art and business allowing productions to be financially viable and artistically satisfying. Taking a holistic approach – from page to stage and everything in between, she works directly with early-career producers and artist-driven niche projects (showcases, readings, early development workshops, etc.) as well as on larger union and non-union projects.   She has worked in the theatre as an actress, director, general manager, managing director, and producer.  Broadway credits include IndecentBeautiful, Matilda the Musical, and Lysistrata Jones. In addition to producing commercially, Sharon served as the Associate General Manager of both the Helen Hayes Theatre and Lyric Theatre in New York. Currently, she is the executive producer on a number of projects in development. Sharon is a Board Member-elect of NAMT, the National Association of Musical Theatres, co-chair of the Festival of New Musicals Committee, and a dedicated and lifelong supporter of social justice, cultural equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • MARTIN PLATT

    has worked together with David Elliott for nearly 20 years. Martin is a producer, director, and general manager, and a principal in Perry Street Theatricals (PST), and in Pemberley Perry, a collaboration between PST and Pemberley Productions. PST, founded by Platt and Elliott in 2004, is a multi-award-winning producing and general management company where they collectively produced and general managed over 25 productions. Their productions have been nominated for nearly every award in the theatre industry. Selected credits collective and separate, include: London: Nixon's Nixon, Lend Me A Tenor The Musical Broadway: Dames At Sea, Vanya And Sonia And Masha And Spike, Off Broadway: The Woman In Black, Islander, Georgie; General Manager: The Last Ship starring Sting (Ahmanson), The Secret Garden (Ahmanson), Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner (CTG Los Angeles), Richard Nelson's The Michaels Abroad.
